Service intensive position. Duties include using Vertafore/QQ Solution management system to complete new applications for auto and home policies, review existing polices for proper coverage and possible upgrades, issue ID cards and evidences of insurance, accessing CLUE, MVR and insurance score reports. Service intensive position. Duties include using Vertafore/QQ Solution management system to complete new applications for commercial liability, property, commercial packages, worker’s compensation, bond, umbrella policies, submitting new applications via internet or via fax to various carriers, review existing polices for proper coverage and possible upgrades, issue insurance certificates, and servicing existing clientele. Service intensive position. Duties may entail follow-up calls for additional information required by companies on an individual basis as well as following new submissions’ statuses with corresponding companies. Receptionist
Duties include answering the phone, taking messages for the other staff, welcoming clients to our firm and directing them to the person they need to speak to, basic clerical work, keeping the office neat and presentable, outgoing and incoming mail, ordering of office supplies, maintenance of office printers, fax machines, typewriter, etc. A receptionist needs to be outgoing and confident, pleasant and friendly, needs to enjoy dealing with the public, and good communication skills are a must.
